Boothbay Region Elementary

BRES celebrated International Dot Day today!  Many students and staff joined in the spirit of the day by wearing dot clothing or wearing dot stickers.  We started the day with an assembly that included a video reading of the book "The Dot" by Peter Reynolds.  This book is about a little girl, who is faced with self doubt and with the help of her art teacher, finds inspiration to make her mark.  Students completed Dot themed projects throughout the day, many of which are already displayed throughout the school.
