This summer, we are excited to offer a FREE day camp experience for students going into grades 4, 5, and 6 who attend BRES, Southport Central School, or Edgecomb Eddy. The camp will take place on Burnt Island.
There will be three sessions of the camp. Each session will be limited to 20 campers, so sign up quickly!
Session 1 - 7/6-7/8
Session 2 - 7/20-7/22
Session 3 - 7/27-7/29
Participants will depart from Pier 8 (Balmy Day Cruises) at 8:15 AM and leave Burnt Island at 4:30 PM (arrive back at the main land around 4:45 PM). All participants will need to bring a bagged lunch (no glass containers). A gear list and schedule of daily events will be provided after signing up. All campers will need to fill out an emergency contact sheet.
The camp will be facilitated by teachers from area schools. If any parent is interested in volunteering during the week their child is attending camp, please indicate on the form below (volunteers will need to complete a volunteer application through their child's school).
Each week will offer the same programming. Please limit sign ups to one week.
