Dear 7th-grade families,
We are gearing up for an exciting learning adventure next week at KIEVE. We have a few nuts and bolts we wanted to update you on.
Change in Time: We have decided to end the day program earlier than originally planned and leave KIEVE at 4:15. That will have us arriving at BRES around 5pm.
Sports transportation: For students requiring transportation for sports practices or games we will provide that so parents do not have to transport their children to attend sports. If there is a game/meet the bus will pick the athletes up at KIEVE, so they should take their game equipment with them. For those who have practice, a van will be picking them up at KIEVE in time to get back to BRES for the practice.
Permission slips needed: Please send permissions slips and all required paperwork back to the school tomorrow. No need to send money right now, we just need your child’s paperwork. Paperwork includes the Field Trip Medication Notice, Digital Student Health Form, and Kieve participation release.
If you’re not planning on having your child attend this amazing learning and growth opportunity: Please know that they will be in a study hall at school for the week with virtual assignments or you may keep them home.
Thank you so much for your continued support and flexibility. Our 7th grade students look forward to this trip every year and we are excited that with a few alterations we are able to make it happen.
