Dear BRES Families and Students,
Welcome to a new school year! A special welcome to the over 10 new students and families joining our crew this year—we are so glad you are here!
We are thrilled to welcome new team members. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to our new staff for the upcoming school year:

Back-to-School Events (Wednesday, August 26)
BRES Open House | 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Join us before the Set for Success event begins to meet your child’s teachers. Homeroom teachers, allied arts, guidance, interventionists, and administration will be available to meet.
Students in PreK-6th grade will be getting more information from their classroom teachers in the coming weeks. PK teachers will be sending out information for the PK bus ride as well.
(Note: Please schedule a separate appointment if you need an individual conference.)
Set for Success | 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM (BRES Gym)
Join us to celebrate the new school year with community vendors, a raffle, and free dinner from 4:30–6:00 PM!
Free LL Bean Backpacks: For students in PK, 2nd, 4th, and 7th grades and new BRES students.
Homeschool Families: Local homeschool families are warmly invited!

School Hours & Reminders
Arrival: Begins at 7:30 AM (Tardy after 7:50 AM)
Dismissal: 2:25 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri) | 1:25 PM (Wednesdays)
Meals: Breakfast and lunch are FREE for ALL students.

The BRES office will return to regular hours beginning Monday, August 24th.
Please know that I will be serving as Acting Principal for the beginning of the school year before transitioning back to my role as PK–4 Guidance Counselor. Regardless of my title, I am always here to support BRES families and students in making this the best school year possible.
